50 years we were brothers. I was first drawn to your intellect-sharp, clean, fresh, and curious. We bonded as volleyball partners diving in the sands of East Beach in Santa Barbara. Later in your visits with me and my wife, Sheri, I recall your hearty hugs, warm smile, and dark eyes- wide open and engaged. Your personal magnetism drew people to you and all of us who knew you are better people because of it. So long for now my brother.
